Payment & Cancellation Policy Delegates booking a FREE VIP Place will be subject to a £70 plus VAT cancellation fee should they fail to attend the event without prior notice. This cancellation fee covers our administrative and venue costs. Places can be cancelled in writing by email to us providing no less than one weeks notice - email us to [email protected] this will avoid any fees should you not be able to attend.
